Welcome to the Reiki High Wycombe Practice web site, I really want this to be a place where you feel supported and encouraged to take the steps you need to experience holistic healing. Whether that means attending a workshop, booking a session or learning the art for yourself I want to support you. Why? Because Reiki and counselling had the most amazing life changing effect on my life, even today looking back I'm not quite sure how I came to the path of these wonderfully powerful holistic forms of healing. I do know that they started my journey of self discovery, I have never felt stronger, more at peace and happier in myself than now in this moment.


Holistic Healing
Holistic healing is about taking responsibility for your health, wealth and happiness. It's about being pro-active in co-creating your world and how you impact on those around you, our planet and the universe. It can be your first steps to seeing life in a completely new way and reaping great benefits physically, mentallly, emotionally and spiritually. If you have been drawn to these pages you are I suspect being guided to the holistic healing path, whether you searched, were recommended or just found yourself here, you came for a reason, nothing in Reiki terms happens without design, keep that in mind. I spent years making all sorts of excuses as to why the time wasn't right for me to do things, eventually I realised all I was doing was closing doors and opportunities. Make this the day you start listening to your universal guidance and do something inspirational - get in touch with and trust your intuition!


Background Information
My name is Claire I always call myself a healer, if you want exact details I am a qualified Reiki Master and Counsellor, which includes membership of The British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I tell you this because they have some wonderful ethical guide lines that I undertake to abide by. I became interested in energy when I first started working as a volunteer counsellor and spent a lot of time learning about the energy exchange that takes place in the counselling room between client & counsellor and then by people in general in various situations. When I qualified I started my own practice,the pictures below are of my healing space.

Practicing Reiki
Reiki is about connecting with and using the universal healing energy for the good of others and the energetic world that surrounds us. Energy is found in all living things, it is also found in the sun, moon, sea, wind, rain, colour, sound, music, beauty, creativity, light and many other less obvious sources. It is literally our world and the universe it's in. Understanding how to access, promote and use this energy in your life and home is of great benefit to you, your family and those that visit you. Learning to work with the energy that is you, and the energy that surrounds you can literally lift your spirits, improve your health and increase your inner calm, bringing you abundance and harmony.


Learning Reiki
Learning and living the Reiki path is about respecting, loving and caring for your fellow man. Reiki takes you on a journey of self discovery, personal development, spiritual development and inner peace. It is a spiritual awakening to the energy forces that surround you and the energetic beauty within. Teaching reiki is an exhilarating experience.


Who Does It Work For
Just about everyone, even if you are slightly sceptical. Reiki works at a deeper level than what age you are, gender, religion, sexuality, culture, height, weight or looks. Energetically none of these things matter. Reiki acts for the highest good and greatest joy of all who come in to contact with it.

You Can Be A Healer
It is widely believed, particularly and enthusiastically by me, that everyone has the ability to learn and practice Reiki healing. Healing through hands is a natural and instinctive thing to do, learning to channel energy is the next step. A Reiki Attunement is a way of raising your bodies frequency (energy works in frequencies) so that you have better access to the wonderful healing universal life force.
